Lone Bee is not-so-alone anymore. Our family studio is in the mountains of Western North Carolina. We make each sheet individually using a range of patterns. No two sheets will be the same. We hope you enjoy using it as much as we love making it.

Paste paper was originally made in the 17-18th centuries by book binders who spread out their excess glue on the end papers of their books. Today we make this decorative paper for its own sake, using a variety of tools pulled through colored paste made from wheat and rice flour.
